Christella Zellars

Christella Zellars, 74, passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Born in Lincolnton, GA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Louis Zellars and Coline Kelley Zellars.

Ms. Zellars was a member of the Church of God Prophecy – Shady Grove and a retired deputy of the Abbeville County Sheriff Department.

Ms. Zellars leaves to cherish fond memories, her son, Franklin Kelley Zellars, Pelzer, SC; five grandchildren, Zadarius, Savannah and Zachary Welborn, all of Liberty, SC; Iyana and Sheriyah Rhodes, both of Easley, SC; one brother, Robert Louis (Lethea) Zellars, Conway, SC; two sisters, Gail Johnson, Donalds, SC and Brenda Kate (Marion Raymond) Enwright, Donalds, SC; other relatives and many friends.

The funeral service will be held 1pm, Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Church of God Prophecy - Shady Grove, with burial to follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. 

Public viewing will be Friday, February 28, from 2 – 6 pm in the Wilbur Robinson Memorial Chapel, Robinson-Walker Funeral Service. 

The body will be placed in the church on Saturday at 12 noon.

The family will receive friends at the home, 9198 Highway 184 East, Donalds, SC on Thursday, February 27, 2025 and Friday, February 28, 2025, from 2 - 6 pm.

Family members are at their respective homes.
