Obituary
On Easter Sunday, Mr. Jackie Rouse “Jack the Ripper/Rip Rouse”, husband of Laurice Todd Rouse departed from the garden of the living to the garden of eternal peace and happiness.
Jackie was born on January 21, 1952. He was the son of the late James Alexander and Almeta Brownlee Rouse.
He attended Wright High was employed by Riegel Textile, then later he became self-employed as an auto mechanic until his health failed.
He leaves to cherish fond loving memories two daughters, Kimberely N. Rouse of Greenville, SC. Angela Rouse of Fountain Inn SC, three sons Jackie A Rouse Jr (Etoshia) of Piedmont SC; Anthony Rouse of Columbia, and Anton Rouse (Rannika) of Greenwood SC; one sister Jo Ann (Ruben) Hicks of Donalds, SC, two brothers Glenn Rouse of Ware Shoals SC and Thomas Rouse of Anderson SC, nineteen grandchildren, three brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by three brothers Robert, Ernest and Richard Rouse, and nephew Tyrice Hicks.
Graveside Service will be held 3pm Saturday April 10, 2021 at Dunn Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Public viewing will be 3-7pm Friday April 9, 2021 in the funeral home chapel.
