Johnnie Lee Singleton

Johnnie Lee Singleton, 83, of 241 Joe Oulla Rd, Ware Shoals, SC, passed away, June 8, 2020 in Anderson, SC.

Born in Donalds, SC, he was the son of the late Dean Smith and Genevea Singleton.

Johnnie was married to Margaret Jones Singleton and to this union three children were born.

Johnnie was employed as a carpenter for Uldrick Builders until he retired.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories, wife Margaret Jones Singleton, Anderson, SC; one son, Irvin Jones Sr., Ware Shoals, SC; two daughters, Marilyn (Rev. Donnie) Kennedy, Due West, SC, and Katrina Singleton Aleong, Anderson, SC; ten grandchildren, one great-grand child, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Johnnie was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Ernest Singleton and two sisters, Willie Florence Mosley and Julia Frances Singleton.

 
The family is at  home of his daughter, 7 Carver Street  Due West, SC.

Memorial service will be held 2pm Thursday June 11, 2020 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Chapel.
