Johnny Junior Bowman

Johnny Junior Bowman, 70, of Aiken, South Carolina passed away, Tuesday, December 3, 2024. 

Born in Anderson, South Carolina, he was the son of Elmer Bowman and Hattie Sullivan Bowman.

Johnny was employed as a weaver in the textile industry until he retired.

Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Hattie Bowman; two brothers, Kelly Bowman and Jimmy Bowman; and two sisters, Shirley Ann Bowman and Evelyn Baker.

Johnny leaves to honor his legacy, his wife, Robin Shell Bowman, of the home; one son, Demond (Darlene) Bowman, of Anderson, South Carolina; one daughter, Tanica Bowman Smith, of Anderson, South Carolina; one step-daughter, Michelle (George) Cunningham, of North Augusta, Georgia; four sisters, Willene (Julius) McLaurin, of Jackson, Mississippi, Patricia (Charles) Pond, Virginia Davis and Doris Bowman, of Anderson, South Carolina; an abundance of grandchildren; and a host of family and friends that will miss him dearly.

The family is at their respective homes.
