Jonell S. Tolbert, 73, of 128 New Street, Ware Shoals, South Carolina, passed away, Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at Self Regional Hospital in Greenwood, South Carolina.

Born October 23, 1951, in Allegheny, Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Eugene Spence.

Jonell was employed at Magnolia Manor as a healthcare worker.

Jonell was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Tolbert, her father, Eugene Spence, and her siblings.

Jonell leaves to cherish her loving memories, two sons, James Settles, of Ware Shoals, SC and Wilbert Tolbert, of Greenwood, South Carolina; one daughter, Jackie Settles, of Greenwood, South Carolina; six grandchildren; and a host of family and friends that will miss her dearly.
