Born in Ware Shoals, South Carolina, she was the daughter of O. K. Smith and Mary Bell Hampton Smith.

Funeral service for Mrs. Lutitia Smith Leverett will be 2pm, Friday, June 12, 2026, at Dunn Creek Baptist Church in Donalds, South Carolina.

Burial will be in the Dunn Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

Viewing will be from 3-8pm Thursday, June 11, 2026, in the Wilbur Robinson Memorial Chapel of the funeral home.
