Theodore Carroll Parker passed away Saturday September 10, 2022.
He was born in Anderson County, son of Theodore Carroll Parker Sr. and Eugenia Patton Parker. Graduate of Bhp High School, he attended Spartanburg Methodist College on baseball scholarship and he continued his education at USC-Aiken on a baseball scholarship.
He was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals and played major league baseball. Also, he was on the town council of Honea Path and he was an umpire for the Palmetto Baseball League.
Theodore Carroll Parker Jr., leaves to cherish his legacy, three sons, Trey Parker, of Aiken, South Carolina, Calvin James Parker, of Honea Path, South Carolina, and Christopher Parker, of North Augusta, Georgia; one brother, Jonathan Montgomery of Maryland; one aunt, Dorothy Parker Reeder, of Honea Path, South Carolina; one grandson, Zaylin Parker; several cousins; and a host of family and friends that will miss him dearly.
